The Altes Villas are made up of 6 special units that are located on a distinctive hillside with an impressive sea view in the Orta alan district of Kalkan, Turkey. The natural beauty of vista and the unique texture of the site were the main sources of inspiration during the design process. Units are positioned so as not to obstruct the sea view of each other. The elevator provides a comfortable vertical circulation for users of all ages.
The kitchen and two-storey-high living space on the lower level completely open up to an infinity pool and the sea view.
Villas offers ‘something for everyone’, with a private infinity pool and is furnished with great taste, boasting wonderful sea views, and a short walking distance to town Centre.

The pool has a decked area with sunloungers and parasols provided in addition to a comfortable seating area, and an al-fresco dining area. A BBQ and an outside shower can also be found on the terrace. Fully air conditioned throughout, has WiFi internet access.

Open plan lounge area with direct access to the villa´s pool terrace via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. There are sofas and an armchair providing plenty of comfortable seating, plus flat-screen TV with Satellite channels and DVD player.
The kitchen area incorporates an island unit, granite topped work surfaces and quality integrated appliances, including a stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There is a dining table and seating for 8 guests, and this floor also has a guest bathroom in addition to a utility room housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
