Following a meticulous restoration, the mansion found a new resident in Hanzade Sultan, one of Sultan Abdülmecit's daughters. The three-story mansion features balconies spanning two levels along its seaward facades, adorned with ornate wooden parapets. It gracefully extends towards the shore on the north and south sides, these extensions being elegantly incorporated into the balconies. With a total of eleven rooms and two lounges, the mansion's grandeur is undeniable. Situated below street level, the mansion's entrance is accessed via a descending staircase leading to the garden. Separating the mansion from the street is a tall perimeter wall, ensuring privacy for the tranquil mansion grounds. The northern section of the estate boasts an expansive garden, where the mansion's former boathouse once stood.
