PUGLIA - PUTIGNANO (BA) - Via Per Conversano Putignano is a town in the province of Bari and is located in a hilly position in the Murgia of trulli and caves, at an altitude of 372 meters above sea level, known for the Carnival, a town festival which takes place annually and is recognized as the oldest 'Europe. With its ancient origins, Putignano rises, with its welcoming town, in the trilateral area between the territory of the Itria Valley with Alberobello, Locorotondo and Martina Franca, the metropolitan city of Bari, regional capital, and the well-known seaside resorts of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare on the Adriatic coast.
