Our renovated and modernly designed house is on the façade overlooking the beautiful Izmir Park and has a magnificent sunset and sea view.

Our house is within walking distance of bazaars and shops, the street market, many markets for your daily needs, bakeries, pharmacies, greengrocers. Güzelyalı beach is very advantageous in terms of location, as cafes and restaurants can be reached on foot within 15 minutes.

Our house, which is in an advantageous location in terms of transportation, is 2-3 minutes from bus and minibus stops, 7-8 minutes from Göztepe and Poligon metro stations, and 15-20 minutes walking distance from Güzelyalı tram station.

It is also a short 10-minute walk from prestigious schools such as American College, SEV College, UKEB College.

Since the balcony part is separated by glass that can be opened completely, you can change your living space by using it partially/completely open or closed if you wish.
